MAKE IT WITH LOVE. PART 2.

Following on from my Make it with Love Part 1 inspirations I've found a few more beautifull little crafts for you to try out for Valentines Day. It's a good job I split these posts up into two otherwise I could of gone on for ages with lots of different inspiring projects.

HOW CUTE? A total cliche being a craft blogger and all but I LOVE tea! I drink rather a large amounts of the yummy stuff. So this... come on perfection or what? It's adorable! I wouldn't want to just make these for Valentines Day, I'd make them for everyday! These heart-shaped tea bags are from Martha Stewart's website, with a little DIY on how to make them here.

Imagine waking up and having these hanging in your window, or running down the back of the headboard on your bed? ooohh lovely! They're so sweet! I found these on Ellinne, They've done a brilliant and easy step by step tutorial on how to make some of these lovely decorations here.

This is exactly how I'll be making pizzas in future! Adorable or what? Found here over at One Charming Party.

These Love Letter Cookies look so yummy! They're lovely. I found these over on Baking In Heels, Giselle has done a little DIY post on how you can make these yummy lovely letter cookies.

MAKE IT WITH LOVE. PART 1

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about Valentines Day, I kind of think it clearly is just a way of shops/businesses making more money but the hopeless romantic side of me thinks it's wonderful! Last year was my first time of ever celebrating Valentines Day, the year before that was spent in McDonald's and then the Cinema with my friend and that's pretty much how it's been for me. Last year I had a wonderful Valentines evening, Lewis took me to Jamie's Italian and it was just lovelyyyyy! No idea what we'll be doing this year!
I'm obviously not the only one slightly excited for it as I've been seeing some beautiful Valentines gift ideas around whilst browsing the Internet, Here are just a few I've found this evening which I think have totally melted my heart...

I love this Valentines Treat Bag, Wouldn't it be amazing to receive some little homemade cookies in one of these bags! YUM COOKIES! This special little one from Twig and Thistle, you can download the PDF here to make one of these for a loved one for Valentines Day!

You may or may not know that I am INLOVE with cross stitch!! These lovely Hand warmers from Wild Olive are totally on my list of must makes! They're just so perfect and cute! Mollie has done a DIY post on how to make these beauties, click here to see.

How cute are these beauties! Little gift tags in the shapes of tea bags! I came across them on the Heart Handmade blog and I'm totally in love! I think they're wonderful! You can download the tutorial on how to make these little gift tags here.

Oh wow these Bonbon-filled hearts, totally making me want Bonbon's but ooohh they're adorable! I found them on Martha Stewart's website which has LOADS of craft inspirations and little tutorials on how to make things. Click here for the tutorial on how to make these adorable easy Bonbon-filled hearts.

A SLICE OF GIGGLES.

I've been extremely distant from blog land lately, I don't really know why I just haven't been motivated to do anything. In general not just with the blog.
I've been seeing alot of my friends which is nice, keeping myself busy, the last couple of months I've been a hermit and I didn't really go out or do anything other than work. So it's nice to have my social life back again!
I thought I'd do a few pictures of what I've been up to over the past couple of weeks. I tweeted that it was my dad's fiancee's hen party on Saturday and we was doing a cake competition and having a take-away followed by plenty of puddings (14 to be exact) accompanied with mass amounts of wine. I made a pineapple cake, never made one before, never even remember eating a pineapple cake before, but it was DELICIOUS! So delicious that it won first prize! Well done momma for giving me that recipe.

This is just at the start of the night, soon the whole table was filled with cakes!
My best friend Charlotte made this amazing Victoria sponge, oh gosh it was sooooo yummy!
This is just too cute/funny not to post.

Laughing with amazing people, eating plenty of cake, drinking tea and reading Mollie Makes and getting ready for my dad's wedding. Perfection.

A LITTLE LATE

I can't believe how long it's been since I last wrote a blog post! I'm totally slapping myself on the wrist for this one, although I will say my laptop charger has decided that it would fall out with me for a couple of days and just go on strike! But I've managed to get it working now.
I know I'm a bit late with the whole Merry Christmas and Happy New Year wishes but better late than never! I do hope you all had a lovely Christmas and celebrated the New year in wonderful ways.
I thought I'd share a few pictures from my Christmas and the Christmas jumper I made for the Tacky Christmas Jumper competition at work (I mentioned it in this post). I didn't win anything :( BUT those who did win their jumpers were amazing! Everyone put in a lot of effort and it was brilliant!

Yes I am just chilling in my pj's here!
So I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year!
